For doing some stress test in the CPU of the XO, we are using this tool http://pages.sbcglobal.net/redelm/ (cpuburn)
some interesting thing is that the Xo does not do all the specific instructions of X86, so for now we are using http://dev.laptop.org/~joel/cpuburn/ (burnP5).
It is a great test to determine if some CPU is good or not.
